Capture |

There
are a plethora of ways to bring data into your ECM solution. For your
image capture needs, we generally deploy Kodak scanners, the most
reliable in the industry. We use ABBYY's OCR products for the most
advanced and accurate automated indexing available. For capturing
incoming pages, we install and deploy the market leading fax server.
And if you already have processes in place, we can interface with
virtually any existing system to ensure seamless service. |

Manage |

Data
management encompasses a number of facets, all of which need to be
accounted for. Your documents need to be secure; safe against adverse
modification, either malicious or accidental; and tightly controlled and
audited. However, for authorized users, your data also needs to be
easily available, jointly usable across it's intended audience, and
quickly searchable. To meet these often competing needs, we deploy many
solutions using Microsoft Sharepoint services, which allows full
security while offering seamless integration with the client
applications you already use. |

Store & Preserve |
|
|
|
|
|
When
a document is created, it enters an implicit lifecycle that is often
unmanaged outside of the ECM realm. A document is often modified,
passed around, lost, found, updated, overwritten, and eventually
replaced because nobody can find it. With a storage system in place,
documents live in a central location while they are in use, allowing
them to be easily found, and easily collaborated on. When
documents are no longer being updated, many need to enter a long term
archival system. These documents are preserved for the period
prescribed by regulation or internal policy, then destroyed or routed
according the the applicable policy. |

When
the data in your system needs to be passed to a customer, partner,
vendor, or other external entity, there are a variety of methods we can
provide. We use industry leading fax servers to enable not only faxing
from your desktops, but also faxing from virtually any server
application including Sharepoint, SAP, Oracle, and dozens more. We can
provide fax services on analog or digital phone lines, or using T.38 on
your VOIP infrastructure. Your ECM data can be exported to your other
systems directly via databases, via a variety of file formats including
standard XML and X.12 formats, or even through simple text and image
files, all through a multitude of protocols. |
