As an organization grows, one of the challenges it faces is managing the assignment of fax numbers (DIDs) to employees. As the complexity of the phone and fax system grows, the number of DIDs, people, and systems involved increases dramatically. Most organizations reach a point of putting a system into place just to keep track of what numbers are assigned to who, but this still doesn't alleviate the pressure of manually keeping multiple RightFax and Active Directory services synchronized.

Enter the Infinite Innovation, Inc. RightFax DID Manager. This tool provides a simple, unified interface to all of an organization's DID activity. It allows all of the DIDs on each RightFax server to be tracked, and integrates with RightFax and Active Directory to allow viewing, assignment, and revocation of fax numbers anywhere in the organization. Changes are propagated to all affected systems, making this tool fully compatible with RightFax ADSync, and Captaris CapaSync.
